To register for our service:

If you are 65 or over you will need to register with My Aged Care in the first instance and asked to be referred to Community Transport. Call them on 1800 200 422 or go to  When your referral is sent to us from My Aged Care, one of our friendly staff will contact you to ensure we have all your relevant details, they will then discuss with you your transport needs. Once you are registered with us,  you will not need to call My Aged Care again for your transport needs.

For booking future transport you now only have to call our local community transport offices and discuss your transport needs.

We require at least 2 working days notice to ensure that we have vehicles and drivers available.

If you are under 65 If you don’t fall into the over 65 category we also have funding from TfNSW’s Community Transport Program (CTP) to provide transport for those people under 65 who are transport disadvantaged. Just call your local community transport office direct to check your eligibility.

If eligible, we will then send you out a Self Referral Form, this form will need to be filled out and returned or just click on this link (Registration Form) print it out and return. On receiving your form a staff member will contact you.

We are a registered NDIS provider, please call our Forster Office for information on how we can assist with transport.

If you are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, we have an Aboriginal Transport Development Office who you may prefer to call to discuss your transport needs.

You must be registered prior to requesting transport, so you don’t miss out, as we need at least a minimum of 2 working days’ notice to organise your booking. The more notice you give the better.
